GenAI Node.js Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Node.js Engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, developing AI-driven solutions, creating robust test automation suites, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.

This role requires hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and working within cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build backend services and microservices for enterprise-scale applications.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs and SDKs.
• Create, optimize, and fine-tune prompts for AI-powered applications.
• Implement automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Rest-Assured.
• Design and manage database interactions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude Code, to improve development productivity and software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across distributed systems.
• Follow secure coding practices and implement API security standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using JSDoc and coding best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience in enterprise application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
