Role Description

Our client is looking for an experienced GenAI Solution Architect having experience in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale digital and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned GenAI Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in MERN Stack, Agentic AI, and AWS Cloud , with hands-on experience designing and building enterprise-scale AI solutions, cloud-native Generative AI applications and intelligent agent-based systems, leading architecture initiatives, and driving digital transformation programs.

The role involves leading architecture initiatives, defining technical roadmaps, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop intelligent multi-agent systems using Agentic AI frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Build AI-powered applications using MERN Stack technologies.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and customers.
• Drive architecture governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Teams, Cloud Engineers, and Business Leaders.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock Agent Framework.

• AWS Solution Architect Certification.

• Exposure to Responsible AI and AI Governance.

• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Hi-Tech domains.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

• Generative AI & Agentic AI

Hands-on experience with: Agentic AI Frameworks, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain,

LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Multi-Agent Orchestration.

Experience building: AI Agents, Autonomous Workflows, Enterprise Copilots, Conversational

AI Solutions, RAG-Based Applications

Expertise in: Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Embedding Models, Knowledge Retrieval

Systems, AI Guardrails

• MERN Stack Development

Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Material UI

Backend: Node.js, Express.js

Database: MongoDB, NoSQL Databases

Architecture: REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, Event-Driven Systems

• AWS Cloud Technologies: Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda, ECS / EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, RDS / Aurora, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM, VPC

• Architectural Responsibilities

Define enterprise AI and cloud architecture standards.

Design scalable and secure distributed systems.

Establish best practices for GenAI application development.

Ensure highly available and resilient cloud architectures.

Lead architecture reviews and technical governance activities.

Support pre-sales and solutioning engagements.

• Leadership Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional engineering teams.

Mentor developers and technical leads.

Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.

Drive innovation and solution accelerators.

Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Provide technical direction for strategic initiatives.
