Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect – GenAI & Cloud to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions across cloud computing, application architecture, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have strong software development and solution architecture experience, with the ability to take proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) into production-ready enterprise solutions. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, architectural decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient application and cloud architectures.
• Lead the development and production deployment of PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Design solutions involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance across application development, cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and data platforms.
• Develop and guide the implementation of microservices, distributed systems, containerized applications, and serverless solutions.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.
• Apply security, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-optimization principles throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, engineering standards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure production readiness.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for enterprise adoption.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and mentor developers and engineering teams.
• Support the transition of validated solutions to production and enterprise support teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, cloud architecture, or solution design.
• Proven experience in hands-on software development and delivering PoCs or MVPs into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and application security.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI architecture.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture, system integration, observability, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and vector database integrations.
• Knowledge of AI guardrails, responsible AI practices, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with serverless architecture, infrastructure automation, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with React or Next.js.
• Experience with enterprise security, data privacy, risk management, and architecture governance.
• Experience establishing reusable engineering practices and mentoring technical teams.

• Compensation: Up to ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience and suitability.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
