We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable GEN-AI Trainer to lead our training program aimed at equipping candidates with the essential skills and knowledge in general artificial intelligence (GEN-AI).

Responsibilities:

Develop a structured training curriculum covering various aspects of general artificial intelligence (GEN-AI), including theory, algorithms, and applications.

Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to enhance participants understanding and proficiency in GEN-AI concepts.

Adapt training content to cater to the diverse learning styles and backgrounds of participants.

Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training program, offering assistance and clarification on GEN-AI topics and related programming languages.

Assess participants progress and performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of artificial intelligence, incorporating relevant updates into the training curriculum.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and refine the GEN-AI training program based on participant feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.

Strong understanding of general artificial intelligence principles, algorithms, and applications.

Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in GEN-AI development, such as Python, Java, C++, or R.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Ability to adapt training content to suit the varying learning needs and preferences of participants.

Demonstrated ability to assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.

Commitment to staying updated on the latest developments and advancements in artificial intelligence technology.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with a team to enhance training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GEN-AI tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAIs GPT models.

Familiarity with additional programming languages and technologies relevant to GEN-AI, such as Scala, Julia, or MATLAB.

Certification or credentials in artificial intelligence or related fields (preferred).
