General Accountant

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting: handle all tax filing obligations and related tax matters, including VAT returns (PP.30), withholding tax returns (PND.3 / PND.53), annual corporate income tax, and any other statutory requirements of the Thai Revenue Department; issue and file Withholding Tax Certificates (Form 50 Bis) for all applicable payments.

2. Asset Management: oversee the physical management and periodic counting of fixed assets, inventory, cash, and any other assets as applicable; maintain the fixed asset register (additions, disposals, depreciation schedules); reconcile count results against accounting records and investigate any variances.

3. Payment Approval (AP1): review and approve employee expense reimbursements and corporate payments; verify that every payment is supported by complete documentation (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, payment approval forms, bank transfer slips, etc.) before processing.

4. Sales Invoice Issuance: prepare and issue sales invoices to customers as required; ensure all invoices comply with Thai tax invoice requirements and are accurately recorded.

5. Review of Thai-Language Financial Documents: review and verify financial terms and conditions in Thai-language documents (contracts, agreements, regulatory filings, and other local documents) to ensure accuracy and business compliance.

6. HQ Reporting & Communication: communicate and report all work progress to headquarters accurately and on time; prepare regular updates, respond to queries from the regional finance team, and flag issues requiring escalation in a timely manner.

7. Other Locally-Appropriate Matters: handle any other accounting, tax, or administrative tasks that are more effectively managed on-site, as directed by management.
