General Accountant

1.    Prepares and analyzes financial reports, for external and internal reporting, such as but not limited to:

a.     Statement of Comprehensive Income

b.     Statement of Financial Position

c.     Statement of Cash Flows

d.     Statement of Changes in Equity

e.     Monthly profit & loss

f.      Monthly departmental profit & loss

g.     Adhoc Reports

2.    Prepares journal vouchers for transactions, events, adjustments and corrections to reflect accurate balances of accounts.

3.    Assists the Financial Manager in the annual budget preparation and control process.

4.    Performs monthly bank reconciliation.

5.    Performs lapsing schedule monthly.

6.    Performs necessary steps in computerized accounting application/system such as review and audit of sales, discounts, costs of sales, journal vouchers and disbursement and validating undefined entries.

7.    Determine partner’s share for the Healthcare.

8.    Coordinates with other departments pertaining to reconciliation of accounts affecting the preparation of financial statements.

9.    Conducts month – end closing procedure of books of accounts.

10.  Complies with IMS standards.

11.  Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time within the premises of Finance/Accounting.
