What they need
- Minimum of 2 years experience in General accounting including Bookkeeping
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- An understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Orientation to details
- Duties & Responsibilities: (TEAM EFFORT)
- Worksheet preparation, computation, journal entry preparation and posting for the for the following: Import Landed cost, Monthly Inventory, Staff Payroll
- Report and related attachment preparation: Monthly SSS, Pag-ibig & PHIC contributions, Monthly Withholding Tax: compensation & expanded
- Reconciliations of all bank accounts
- In charge of Monthly Inventory count
- Monthly analysis of certain accounts as determined by the Department Head
- Assist Department Head in the preparation of Financial Statements including prepartion of month-end adjustment, correcting and accrual entries
- Performs other functions as occasionally required by the Department
