General Accountant

Job Title: Accountant/Administration

Capital Steel & Welding Works SPS LLC – Ajman, UAE

We're looking for an accountant who can also handle administration and procurement for our steel fabrication business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, invoicing, receivables, payables and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file VAT returns; support payroll (WPS) and year-end audit
• Handle office administration, filing, quotations and correspondence
• Track trade licence, visa, insurance and company document renewals
• Request supplier quotes, compare prices and raise purchase orders
• Coordinate material deliveries and keep stock records

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• 3–5 years of UAE experience, ideally in steel fabrication, construction or manufacturing
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting software (Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks)
• Strong Excel skills and good organisational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

• Account management: 3 years (Preferred)
