General Accountant

Hiring: General Accountant – Real Estate Developer

Budget: Up to AED 7,500/month (slightly flexible)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Must have worked directly with a real estate developer — this is non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience in project-wise accounting, project costing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax and real estate revenue recognition.
• Experience with escrow accounts and TAS portal is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Tally, Odoo or other ERP/accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Must be fluent in Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Ideal Candidate: A mid-level General Accountant currently working with a UAE real estate developer, earning within budget, and available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Please Note: Candidates from general trading, construction contractors, audit firms or other industries without direct real estate developer experience will not be considered. Freshers, junior accountants and highly senior candidates are not suitable.
