General Accountant

-Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
-Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
-Monitor real estate project expenses, budgets, and cost allocations.
-Track customer payments, installments, collections, and outstanding balances.
-Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
-Handle tax-related activities, including VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable tax requirements.
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Maintain accurate financial records for real estate projects and property-related transactions.
-Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-5 8 years of experience in accounting, Previous experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.

-Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, project costing, customer installments, and collections.

-Solid understanding of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.

-Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

-Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.

-Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
