General Accountant

• Process payment requests for administrative expenses, representation costs, and employee reimbursements, including the preparation of BIR Form 2307 as applicable.
• Handle payments for employee government contributions and loan obligations (e.g., SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Prepare journal entries in the Yunas system for fund transfers and related transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of assigned bank accounts and prepare weekly cash reports.
• Reconcile and amortize other current assets and prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile government remittances and generate reports on employee government dues.
• File and remit corporate taxes including compensation, expanded withholding, final withholding, fringe benefit tax (FBT), VAT, and income tax returns (ITR).
• Submit required forms and documents to relevant government agencies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor, update, and reconcile employee cash advances and loans.
• Track and update 2307 forms received from clients.
• Conduct surprise cash counts with respective and assigned fund custodians to ensure cash accountability.
• File employees’ loan vouchers and maintain organized documentation.
• Keep and manage documents related to employees’ government dues.
• Ensure that all files and documentation are maintained in accordance with ISO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• With at least 6 months of experience in handling accounting functions from the same industry. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Amenable to work onsite and in Sucat, Paranaque.
• Need 1 Reliever and 1 Probationary.
