General Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, solid analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

• Prepare Vat and WHT report.

• Review company Expenses and Settlement of employee advances

• Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations.

• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Monitor customer and supplier balances and ensure timely reconciliation.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and implementing recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a General Accounting role.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo and ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
