Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

1. General Ledger & Accounting:

• Review daily, monthly recurring journal entries and post adjusting entries journal entries (payroll, prepayments and adjusting entries).
• Maintain and balance general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or variances.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation

2. Month-End & Year-End Close:

• Assist in executing the month-end and year-end closing processes according to established schedules.
• Prepare preliminary trial balances.
• Accountable for monthly balance sheet account review.

3. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Support:

• Create master data for CUS, SUS and COA
• Review aging report for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Review all daily payment vouchers before submitting for final approval
• Review for quarterly vendor master list and outstanding POs

4. Compliance, Tax & Audit Support:

• Responsible for all kinds of tax section to ensure compliance with tax regulation.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal, external, tax and custom audit.
• Perform testing for annual SOX review.

5. Ad-hoc:

• Review monthly freight reconciliation before payment
• Assist ad hoc reports and works as request from Accounting Manager undefined

Qualification/ Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance from top economic universities in Vietnam.
• Experience: 3-5 years of tax, general accounting or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, solid understanding of accounting principles, analytical problem-solving skills, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
