General Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify supplier invoices and payments.
• Monitor daily expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process employee salaries and payroll.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing, and tax compliance.
• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Reconcile bank statements, POS sales, and cash transactions.
• Track outstanding payments and supplier balances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
• Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
