General Accountant | Global Shared Services

Be part of the pioneering team of a global healthcare shared services company that is well-established in the US and is now building its operations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end general accounting and GL activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
• Perform month-end/year-end close and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze trial balances, balance sheet accounts, and financial reports.
• Support AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany, and audit activities as needed.
• Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Global/shared services or multinational experience .
• Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Proficient in Excel with good analytical and communication skills.
