General Accounting Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate Preferably under BS in Accountancy, Fresh Graduate can Apply.
• preferably with Experience in Financing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Knowledgeable in Accounting (Technical Hard Skills) Attention to detail, can work under minimal Supervision.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Termination of Contracts of Sold ROPA and Pre-Term Contracts, Lifting of Suspension of Contracts, Photocopy of gate pass and attachments, update of related files (Actual Loss on Sold ROPA & Schedule of Sold ROPA), Preparation of termination entries and printing of attachments to GJ.
• General Journal of BIR Looseleaf (All system Generated Journal Entries from January- December)
• Some other Bank Flow Assistance needed restructure.
• Preparation of payroll entries and the corresponding Bank flows in Ambit.
• Preparation and reconciliation of Schedule of advances to employee
• Preparation and reconciliation of schedule of pre-paid Expenses. (Monthly)
• Preparation of Monthly Recurring Journal Entries (CN and Bank flow)
• Mandatory Updates (SSS, Phic, HDMF, SSS and HDMF Loans)
• Filling of BIR Taxes in EFPS; printing and filing of BIR Forms and supporting Documents.
• General Journal Entries of all Month-end related entries.
• Assists in the preparation of P & A Audit Requirements
• Tasks that may be assigned by the immediate officer.
