General Accounting Assistant

GENERAL ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

• Ensure transactions are properly supported by invoices, receipts, approvals, and other required documents.
• Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
• Maintain records required for BIR and other regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing management reports, schedules, and financial statement supporting documents.
• Ensure documents are properly filed and readily available for audit and review.
• Help address audit queries and follow up on outstanding audit requirements.

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Willing to be trained
• Can work under pressure
• At least 6 mos - 1/2 years of work experience
• Amenable to work in Sta. Ana, Manila
