General Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, tax compliance, audit requirements, and the maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.
