General Accounting Associate

Alphard International Freight Forwarding Inc. is a Metro Manila–based freight forwarder handling international sea and air cargo, customs clearance, and door-to-door logistics for importers and exporters. We are a growing company looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team. We are hiring our General Accounting Associate to support daily bookkeeping, billing, and records under the Accounting Officer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Encode daily transactions, receipts, and disbursements in the accounting system
• Prepare draft billings and statements of account from job files
• Prepare check and payment vouchers and file supporting documents
• Assist with collections follow-up and payment posting
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end schedules
• Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files
• Perform other accounting and admin tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Philippine tax forms is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented, honest, and eager to learn

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
