General Accounting Clerk (Booker)

Job Summary
Mega automotive dealership is looking to fill in a General Accounting Clerk position. Candidate must be detail oriented, proficient with Excel and able to meet tight deadlines. CDK/ADP experience is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience and free parking.

Responsibilities

• Recording new and used vehicle sales transactions to the general ledger system
• Journal Entries
• Processing Checks
• Maintaining Vehicle Inventory Schedules
• Preparing Monthly Sales Reports

Skills

• Detail Oriented.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as CDK and ADP.
• Experience with payroll management systems like Paychex or ADP.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and supporting audit processes.
• 2 years prior accounting experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,120.00 per month
