Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Accounting Staff (Fixed Assets) to support the accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of the company's fixed assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining fixed asset records, processing asset-related transactions, conducting asset inventory and verification activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update fixed asset records and schedules.
• Process asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.
• Assist in periodic fixed asset inventory and physical verification.
• Prepare asset reconciliations and accounting reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of depreciation and asset-related transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding asset movements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed asset accounting or general accounting.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
