General Accounting Manager

• Compliance and internal control
• Comply with Pentair policy, DOA.
• Ensure proper internal controls are properly devised and executed
• General ledger, leader of AP cashier and AR
• Support controller to oversight overall accounting process and provide accounting guidelines.
• Ensure all financial recordings are properly made and reporting is properly and promptly produced on time and filed/submitted respectively.
• Drive month/quarter/year-end closing process, review balance sheet reconciliation and ensure balance is proper.
• Review the payment, make sure GRIR, AP process timely and accuracy to support the business.
• Oversight credit control, and make sure AR process timely and accurately to support the business
• Improve, automatic and standardize process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Tax
• Ensure the tax whole process on time and comply with the external and internal requests.
• Timely, accurate tax filling submission
• Others support
• Work with external auditors closely on financial auditing report, TP documents.
• Provide other internal and external reports, if needed Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing company. Experience in multi-national company environment is preferred.
• Experience working in a SOX environment.
• Good knowledge of statutory, financial and management accounts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, acting as a good teamwork player
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP system especially Oracle related process is preferred. Knowledge of OneSteam system(HFM) is a plus.
• Ability to work under high pressure. Willing to work overtime upon workload.
