General Accounting Staff

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable General Accounting Staff to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions
• Handle and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and other supporting documents
• Prepare and maintain expense and liquidation reports
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in inventory and cost monitoring
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and adjusting entries
• Maintain accurate and updated general ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and accounting reports
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions

About you

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related course
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in retail, trading, and/or manufacturing
• Experience in general accounting and bookkeeping
• Experience using accounting systems/software; knowledge of Odoo or similar accounting systems is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and expense recording
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and preparation of accounting reports
• Basic knowledge of VAT, withholding taxes, and other accounting/tax requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday only.
