We’re looking for a General Accounting Supervisor who understands how accounting controls work in a manufacturing business. You’ll oversee the accuracy of accounting records, guide the team, and identify practical ways to strengthen controls and safeguard company assets.

What you’ll do

• Supervise general accounting activities and review the team’s work for accuracy and completeness.
• Support month-end closing, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
• Review how transactions are recorded and help resolve discrepancies.
• Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain accurate and timely financial information.
• Coach team members and help keep reporting deadlines on track.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with general ledger work, reconciliations, month-end closing, and internal controls.
• Ability to review details while keeping sight of the bigger financial picture.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
