General Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:
Oversees the company’s accounting operations, payroll, billing, collections, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Ensures accurate and timely financial records and supports Management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and general ledger.
• Oversee preparation and processing of security guard payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Review client billings based on guard deployment, attendance, approved rates, and service contracts.
• Monitor receivables, collections, cash flow, and outstanding client balances.
• Review and prepare financial reports, reconciliations, schedules, and accounting documents.
• Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements.
• Establish proper controls over company cash, disbursements, payroll, and financial records.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations regarding payroll, attendance, deployment, and billing concerns.
• Supervise and guide accounting staff and ensure proper workflow and documentation.
• Provide Management with accurate financial information and recommendations when needed.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
