NOW HIRING: GENERAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by processing daily accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports the Finance department in delivering timely and accurate financial information essential for business decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years
• Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Financial Management or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll data.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and post adjusting and closing entries during month-end and year-end processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Maintain accurate fixed asset register and assist with depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide requested documentation.
• Maintain filing system for accounting documents and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
• Support internal controls by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
