- Melakukan proses PO ke supplier/ toko terkait kebutuhan pembelian barang seluruh departemen di Hostel
- Melakukan proses inventory stock barang
- Mengurus perpanjangan legalitas dokumen perusahaan
- Melakukan kegiatan administrasi lainnya
Kriteria yang diperlukan:
- Mahir menggunakan Excel
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan proses inventory
- Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan aktif dengan pihak supplier
- Memiliki kepribadian yang inisiatif dan teliti
