General Admin

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient General Admin to join our team at ES PREMIUM HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in Subang Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare Invoices, DO and CN
• Prepare and submit hire purchase loan applications and agreements to partner banks
• Follow up with banks to ensure timely processing and approval of loan
• Prepare sales and regular scheduled reports
• Arrange and issue insurance policies related to hire purchase agreements
• Answering calls, typing and email
• Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively
• Perform ad-hoc administrative task

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
