General Admin

1.0 Responsibility and Authority

1.1. Assisting Supervisor in performing daily data collection, entry, sourcing and others activities;

1.2. Oversee the administrative operations of a business;

1.1. In charge of the department's day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff;

1.2. Handling any government affairs or any miscellaneous issues or matters

1.3. Ensure the accuracy and completion of data entry;

1.4. Ensure all documents / records are updated, filling and safekeeping in systematic way;

1.5. Complete task assign within time frame given;

1.6. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System;

1.7. Others task assigned by Superior.

2.0 Minimum Requirements

2.1. Education level: minimum SPM

2.2. Working Experience: Not required

2.3. Special Skill: Independent, good communication skills & Computer skills.

2.4. Special Knowledge: admin knowledge

2.5. Others : Good Interpersonal Communication skills to deals with people at all level

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
