General Admin

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized General Admin to support the daily administrative operations of our company. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, documentation, communication, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Follow up on daily logistics
• Monitor goods delivered & received
• Basic computer knowledge
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Work closely and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Physically fit.
• Proficient in microsoft words and email communication.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in administrative roles will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCount or other accounting/ERP software will be an added advantage.
