GENERAL ADMIN (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing and Purchase Order (PO) related matters.
• Assist in managing office supplies and packing materials.
• Coordinate general office administration and facility-related matters.
• Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, including internal distribution.
• Provide support for daily administrative operations.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates with General Admin / Administration experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and computer operations.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
