About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at ZG Metal Parts Manufacturing Corporation in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a fulltime Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data encoding, document management and correspondence/liaisons work.
2. Provide general administrative support to all sections to ensure smooth office operations.
3. Assist with inventory management and procurement processes as needed.
4. Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies.

What we're looking for

1. At least collage undergraduate

2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

3. Good in written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner

4. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

5. Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 1 - 2 years
