Responsibilities:

• Verify and review property listings to ensure accuracy and compliance before approval.
• Approve qualified property listings on the company's platform.
• Conduct one-on-one marketing and client outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Introduce and promote company products to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or marketing is an added advantage.
