What they need
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a related position.
- Good understanding of general administration, office facility management, asset and inventory management, and company operational needs.
- Able to prepare, manage, and archive correspondence with internal and external parties.
- Skilled in managing documents, data, reports, and administrative tasks in a neat, systematic, and organized manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of corporate legal matters and legal documentation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
