General Affair Foreman

Responsibility:

• Ensuring and coordinating helper, cleaning services, and utility team in terms of routine maintenance or repair of buildings and supporting facilities and infrastructure based on infrastructure checklists or user request
• Work closely with the utility team and technicians to ensure that factory equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and hygienic work environment that complies with the regulations across factory areas.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a D4/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in all major.

• Having experience in an FMCG Company or related field will be a plus

• Have an understanding of building maintenance, Waste Management, Assessment Reports, Work Order Settlement.

• Good understanding of utility systems (electricity, water, air conditioning, etc.).

• Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to be placed in Majalengka Jawa Barat
