We’re looking for a passionate and experienced GA professional who can lead store operational support with excellence and independence.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Supplies Management: Analytical Thinking, Planning, Forecasting, Stock Control
• Administration & Compliance: Detail-oriented, Document filing, Reporting, Process-oriented
• Facility & Vendor Services: Negotiation, Quality Control, Audit & Effective Communication
• Cost Control & Analisa Resiko: Cost Awareness, Audit and Problem Solving, Risk Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in General Affairs (preferably in retail or service industry).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
• Willing to work with shifting schedule following supermarket operation hours.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
