General Affair Staff

This position placement would be in PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia (TTI).

Job Descriptions

• Manage daily general affairs and office facility operations, including office maintenance, transportation, security, and office support services.
• Manage company vehicles and transportation services, including employee shuttle and guest transportation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for facility maintenance, renovation, repair, and other office related services.
• Manage company assets, including procurement, registration, tracking, maintenance, inventory verification, and disposal
• Supervise Office Helper and ensure office cleanliness, pantry services, and meeting room readiness.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, asset records, and related operational costs.
• Support the implementation of 5S, ISO 140001, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and BCP activites.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Minimum 2 years of experiences as General Affair Staff in manufacturing company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties
• Understand basic knowledge of ISO 140001 and Asset Management
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
