General Affair Staff (Surabaya)

Objective: Assist in providing internal general service facilities to support the smooth execution of the Institution’s operational and business activities.

Job Descriptions:

1. Archive and maintain the data and information required for the development of policies related to general services and asset management and conduct periodic reviews of such policies.
2. Manage the provision of work facilities and infrastructure to support the Institution’s business and operational activities.
3. Manage the Institution’s fixed assets and inventory items.
4. Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
5. Ensure that all departmental operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.
6. Ensure the completion and implementation of audit follow-up actions.
7. Perform other duties as required by the Institution and/or as instructed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be and added advantage.
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement & general affairs and/or a fresh graduate.
3. Have good knowledge and understanding of: Institutional Products and Operations, Fixed Asset Management, Risk Management and Finance for Non Finance.
4. Professional Certification in risk management and K3.
