General Affair Supervisor

• Coordinate the processing and renewal of company licenses and permits in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage company assets such as buildings, vehicles, and office equipment to ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
• Coordinate procurement of goods/services and evaluate vendor performance.
• Supervise general affairs operations including office administration, facilities, and asset management
• Lead the GA team and prepare periodic operational activity reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Engineering, or Law.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, with prior experience supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of licensing/permit processes, asset/facility management, and procurement/vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
