General Affairs and Purchase Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall General Affairs, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Facility Management.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best price, quality, payment terms, and service conditions.
• Review quotations, compare costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and control annual budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, expenses, and budget forecasts.
• Manage office facilities, building maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities, company assets, and office services.
• Monitor vendor performance and continuously source alternative suppliers to improve cost and service efficiency.
• Develop and improve procurement and GA policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead the GA & Purchasing team and coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in General Affairs, Purchasing, Procurement, or Facility Management, including managerial experience.
• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong experience in budget planning, cost control, and expense analysis.
• Good knowledge of building and facility management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good Excel skills and ability to prepare management reports.
