Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the availability of office operational needs and facilities
• Manage, monitor, and maintain company assets, inventory, asset records, and asset utilization
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and other external parties to support operational requirements
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and the overall condition of company facilities
• Manage and support transportation requirements for company operations
• Monitor and coordinate operational requirements across the office and operational locations
• Prepare reports and documentation related to General Affairs activities
• Handle operational issues efficiently and provide timely solutions to support business operations

About you

• D3/S1 in any major
• 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Operations, or a related field
• Experienced in handling high workloads, multitasking, and dynamic priorities
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to effectively coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and responsive approach
• Willing to work mobile and support operational requirements across different locations
• Valid SIM A is a plus
