What they need
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, security, comfort, and tidiness standards are well maintained.
- Manage the maintenance of operational vehicles, including servicing schedules, insurance, and vehicle registration (STNK) renewals.
- Process and manage corporate legal documents related to business licenses, signage permits, and advertisements.
- Coordinate and manage official business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Act as a logistics partner for operational activities, including exhibition and event support.
- Manage financial control functions related to Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support operational needs.
- Manage office supplies, first aid kits (P3K), and meeting consumables.
- Oversee document and package deliveries using internal courier services.
- Maintain inventory records of company assets, including office stationery, uniforms, laptops, and merchandise.
- Coordinate office and facility maintenance, including all Lakumas Boutiques branches.
