Job Description Position Summary :

Responsible for the maintenance of forms and racks. Work with production team to repair, replace and maintain tooling for production needs on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities

• Works from written and verbal instructions while adhering to policies and procedures to safely:
• Inspect forms and racks, to ensure that they are ready for production use.
• Repair and replace forms, wires and racks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Accurately able to measure weight, volume and temperature.

Professional Skills & Key Competencies

• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands or arms (to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls). The employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and sometimes must climb up a ladder to reach storage drawers.
