General Assistant

We are a 3* hotel in Pentire, Newquay and we are looking for someone who has amazing customer service skills to work in all areas of the hotel. Your duties will include taking guests drink and food orders, cash handling, maintenance support, taking deliveries and checking delivery notes, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, following all hotel policies and procedures and making sure our guests receive excellent customer service, working with all departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent position

Experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
