General Assistant

Joe Cool UK Ltd. Is an small international fashion jewellery and accessory company; designing, sourcing and distributing. We have a diverse range of customers wholesale and retail and we are looking for someone to help us enhance our business. The successful candidate will be bright, energetic and outgoing with an ability to adapt enthusiastically to different roles within the company. The new member of our team will be comfortable with computer technologies and social media – a good working knowledge of common software (excel, word, etc.) is useful and graphic skills are welcomed. The ability to be self-motivated and pro-active as well as work within established routines is essential. The candidate will have good communication skills, be articulate and literate and in addition, competent on the phone. Tasks will include dealing with customers and suppliers, order picking & processing, invoicing, paperwork, phone answering and making calls, sales and promotion through traditional and online marketing and other tasks.

Pay: £13.00-£14.10 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
