GENERAL ASSISTANT (CUSTOMER SERVICE / RECEPTIONIST)

1. Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Maintain a positive, professional and presentable image at all times.
3. Communicate politely and professionally with colleagues, visitors and external parties.
4. Manage, record and maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
5. Perform general office administration duties and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
6. Carry out work instructions and duties assigned by the Resource Management Executive, Executive Director of Resource Management (Administration), and Senior Management from time to time.

Requirements

1. Malaysian citizen.
2. Possess STPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field recognised by the relevant authorities.
3. At least one (1) year of relevant working experience.
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant office applications.
6. Positive, friendly and professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
7. Good filing and document management skills.
