We’re Looking for the Right Person, Not Just the Right Resume

All Tech Auto Repair is an established independent automotive repair shop in Riverside, California. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.

Technical ability matters, but character matters just as much.

We are looking for someone who is honest, dependable, humble, accountable, and takes pride in doing the right thing—even when no one is watching. Integrity is the foundation of our shop, and we want someone who shares that standard.

You should be someone who communicates honestly, treats coworkers and customers with respect, takes responsibility for mistakes, follows through on commitments, and wants to contribute to a healthy team environment.

If you're a skilled technician looking for a long-term home where integrity and quality are valued over shortcuts, we'd like to meet you.

• Respect for customers and coworkers
• Teamwork without unnecessary drama
• Quality workmanship
• Clear communication
• Dependability
• Continuous learning

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Experience with electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Strong mechanical repair ability
• Comfortable using service information and wiring diagrams
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

The Person We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply wants another technician job.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted member of our team.

You don't need to know everything. You do need to be honest about what you know and don't know, willing to ask questions, receptive to training, and committed to doing quality work.

Skill can continue to develop. Character, integrity, and attitude are essential from day one.

Why All Tech?

At All Tech Auto Repair, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in a clean, organized shop that invests in equipment, training, and efficient processes.

We're building a team of people we can trust—not just filling bays.

If you're looking for a long-term workplace where good character, quality work, and accountability matter, we'd like to hear from you.
