General Cashier

About the role

Seryu Cargo is looking for a General Cashier to support daily payment and cashier activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process driver-related payments, including travel expenses, meal allowances, TKBM payments, manual salary payments, and other approved operational payments.
• Verify and reconcile payment requests, transaction data, and driver balances to ensure accuracy.
• Manage petty cash, operational balance top-ups, and driver refunds.
• Maintain accurate payment records, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
• Prepare and update reports on driver payments, allowances, and transaction status.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Conduct proper shift handovers and ensure all transactions comply with company financial procedures.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cashiering, finance operations, payment processing, or a related field.
• Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
