General Cashier Staff

About the Role
Yeu Saigon Group is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy General Cashier Staff to manage the daily handling of cash across our outlets. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and reconciling all cash receipts, ensuring every transaction is accurately recorded and that company funds are managed with the highest level of integrity. This position plays a key part in supporting the Finance team and maintaining smooth, accountable cash operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, count, and verify daily cash receipts from all outlet cashiers
• Reconcile cash collections against sales reports and the POS system on a daily basis
• Prepare and process daily cash to the bank in a timely manner
• Manage petty cash, house funds/float, and reimbursement processes
• Prepare daily cash reports and accurately record all transactions
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or Finance team
• Coordinate closely with the Finance/Accounting team and outlet cashiers
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of company funds and financial documents

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience as a general cashier staff or finance admin (1-2 years), preferably in the F&B/hospitality industry.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and possessing a high level of integrity
• Strong numerical skills and comfortable working with POS systems and Microsoft Excel
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
