Independent Cleaning Contractor- Part-time Contract Opportunity (Independent Contractor pay. No taxes will be taken out. You are responsible for your own taxes).

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, Independent Cleaning Contractor to help maintain a commercial facility 3 days per week 7am-4pm (1hr lunch), plus one Saturday per month (ONLY 2hrs optional).

This in an Independent subcontractor position where you will work independently at your assigned location, with no nights and no regular weekend schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working alone and wants the opportunity to grow in the cleaning company.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal, outdoor surface cleaning, and maintaining entryways.
• Use cleaning detergents and supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within residential or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Pay: $110.00 per day
